FREE SHIPPING

Every order at Urban Leather Jacket is shipped free all over in Australia. We do not demand special order requirements or specific expectations to qualify for free shipping. Our goal at Urban Leather Jacket is to prioritize your order process as quickly as possible to ensure it reaches you timely.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Our standard-size orders and made-to-measure deliveries are both shipped within 10-14 business days.

AUSTRALIA FREE SHIPPING

Urban Leather Jacket offers its shipment to Australia without any delivery charges. Our factory outlet is based in Karachi, Pakistan.

COURIER SERVICE

Our shipments are handled by Express Deliveries such as DHL, FedEx, TNT, etc., in order to provide our customers with a premium courier service. The courier service we choose is reputable and reliable to ensure the most efficient delivery method.

APO/PO BOX ADDRESSES FOR DELIVERIES

Urban Leather Jacket does not deliver to FPO, APO, and PO box addresses for safety reasons. 

COMPLIMENTARY LIST OF ITEMS

Complimentary items aren’t included by default on orders over 10 products. Our customer support team may approve exceptions.

OTHER POLICY REQUIREMENTS

A confirmation of the order will be emailed to the customer once the payment has been received. The customer must provide the correct email & contact details to receive confirmation. Any errors in the contact details will lead to delays in the delivery process. Customers must also agree to the terms and conditions of the company before the order can be processed.

Once the shipment has proceeded with the order and a provided tracking number, the customer is also responsible for tracking the order via the courier company; it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the courier company if the order is put on hold by the courier company if the customer isn’t home when the courier company has tried to deliver the order multiple times. We recommend keeping in touch with the courier company through the provided tracking number.

If you are receiving multiple orders at the same shipping address, we may make them into a combination of a single shipment within our own preference (unless otherwise instructed) to reduce our effort & resources.

Your order can’t be rescheduled once it’s dispatched. The customer should contact the courier company to find out about their options.
