– How do I know which size to choose?

Use our video guide to take your exact body measurements. Then check them against our size chart or email them to us. We’ll guide you into selecting the ideal size.

– What if my measurements fall between two sizes?

We suggest going with the bigger size to fit comfortably. Or, go with our Custom Measurements option for a perfect fit.

– How much extra room do you add to your measurements?

We allow approximately 4–5 inches of seam allowance (chest & waist) on regularly lined jackets and 5–6 inches on fur-lined jackets, so we can layer and have a bit of room to move about.

– What’s the difference between Standard Size and Custom Measurements?

Standard sizes follow fixed measurements (S, M, L, etc.) while Custom Measurements are made exactly to your body specs for a tailored fit. Custom sizing costs $70 extra.

– Do your sizes run small or large?

Our jackets adhere to Australian sizing. That said, we always encourage you to check the size chart or confirm with us based on your body measurements.

– Am I allowed to wear a jumper or hoodie underneath the jacket?

Yes! Our sizing includes enough room for a shirt or light jumper. If you plan to wear heavier layers, consider sizing up or providing body measurements for a better fit.

– What if I get the wrong size?

No problem, we offer hassle-free replacements. You may return a jacket and receive an equally sized one (shipping is on you). Check our policy on Returns & Exchanges.

– I have longer arms/a broader shoulders/a short torso, what should I do?

Go for Custom Measurements. These bespoke changes guarantee you fit perfectly where it counts the most.
